Shipments and returns

In an attempt to offer price-sized and reasonable shipping times for customers, we have partnered with several logistic companies, and we work every day with the aim of creating the best conditions in this regard.

Currently the delivery costs to the customer are:

        - Portugal: Varies total weight of the order;
        - Spain Continental: Varies total weight of the order;
        - Rest of the World: Varies total weight of the order.

By the characteristics of some of the products we sell in (handmade, imported, made under special requests or in small quantities, etc)  it is possible that sometimes we can not be precise on the availability of certain products in stock and delivery times. As mentioned earlier, in these individual cases we will endeavor to contact the customer, seek clarification and follow this case in a special way to offer different alternatives.

The expressed in the previous paragraph does not imply cash returns or requires the compensation of any kind for delays in shipments, transit and delivery of orders, even for temporary rupture of stock. Only in cases of permanent rupture of stock, we will offer similar products or else we will come to an agreement for the return of your money.

 In general, and only as a guideline, we offer the following possible delivery times:

- Continental Portugal: Up to 3-4 working days (CTT PORTUGAL);

- European Union, Portugal Islands, Spain Islands: Up to 4-6 working days(DHL);

- Rest of the world: up to 7-8 working days (DHL). is not responsible for goods and orders held in customs and customs points, or by import costs and customs duties in each country of destination of the products. To return your purchase you can get in and after authentication should select the "My Returns" option, once again it is advisable to register on the website.
