All of our shipments are free, however the customer, if he wants a faster shipment to send his order, it can be selected at the time of purchase, with an added cost.

Stock information and quantities

Due to the characteristics of some of the products we sell at Tradeinhouse.com, handmade, imported, hand-made, made to order or in small quantities, etc. it is possible that on some occasions we may not be able to be precise about the availability of certain products in stock and delivery times. As mentioned earlier, in these specific cases we will do our best to contact the customer, clarify the situation and monitor this case in a special way to offer the different alternatives.

As stated in the previous point, it does not imply refunds of money nor does it oblige tradeinhouse.com to compensate of any kind for delay in shipments, transit and delivery of orders, or for temporary stock rupture. Only in cases of permanent stock rupture, will we proceed to offer products of similar characteristics or will we agree to return your money.

In general, and only as a guide, we offer the following possible delivery times.

Mainland Portugal: Up to 4 working days (CTT)

European Union, Portugal Islands, Spain Islands: Up to 4-6 working days (DHL)

Rest of the world: Up to 7-8 working days. (DHL)

Tradeinhouse.com is not responsible for goods and orders withheld at customs and customs points, nor for import costs and customs duties in each country of destination of the products. This will always be the customer's responsibility as well as the charges arising from these situations.

To return your purchase you can go to www.tradeinhouse.com and after authentication you must choose the option "My Returns", again it is advisable to register on the website. In response to your request, instructions on how to do this will be sent. You will have 15 days after receiving the product (at your address) to make the return. Only returned merchandise will be accepted in excellent condition and in the original packaging. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Tradeinhouse.com, having fulfilled the previous conditions, will refund only the exact amount paid for the goods (not for postage) in purchase voucher (s) for any other items available in the online store. In the case of returns for damages or defects in the factory product (Excluding damage during transport), we will exchange them for the same or similar characteristics, depending on the available stock, other particular alternatives will also be offered for each case.
